I am settling into life in Vancouver.  Taking a break from printing, and spending my time photographing the city.  Much to see, much to do!  I've burned through a pile of rolls already, and expect to have a prolific summer.  I hope to be processing and proofing at the Vancouver Darkroom Co-op, although I suspect I won't do any real printing until I return to Gallery 44 in Toronto.

Guess who's rotten at updating webpages?  Yeah, this guy right here.  In the meantime, I've shot a lot of film in Cuba, won 2nd prize at the John B. Aird Gallery's 'Photo Op' show, and am currently packing my bags for Vancouver.  I've posted some lith prints from Cuba, but won't be printing the bulk of the work until some time from now.

23 - Feb - 2010

I'm tidying up the website a bit.  Reformatting all my images to get them more consistent.  Can't say I enjoy doing it!  Would rather be doing some real printing.  Hope to have everything done by March.  Thanks!

I am showing 12 images at the Canadian Heritage offices at 150 John St, just south of Queen.  Also showing work is my good friend Osheen Harruthoonyan. It's well worth checking out - loads of big, silver prints.

13 - Mar - 2009

I will be showing work at Gallery 44's 30th Anniversary Exhibition, between May 1st and May 30th.  The opening is Saturday May 2nd, between 2-5pm.  It is part of the Contact Photography Festival, and looks to be a strong collection of photographs.

11 - Dec - 2008

I have some work hanging at Gallery 44's annual "Wall to Wall" fundraiser.  See www.gallery44.org for details.  The opening is tonight, and it should be a blast!

08 - Sept - 2008

I've just finished hanging my work for 2008's Art in the Fall at 401.  I've got 13 prints up outside of the Prefix office. I'm showing a mix of images from Vancouver and Toronto - all taken in the last 12 months. 

21 - July - 2008

I'm currently showing work at Moonbean Coffee Company, at 30 St. Andrew Street in Kensington Market. I printed the show at the end of June, and the photographs are all taken in Toronto. It will be up until August 12, 2008. I'm exploring the capabilities of my Rolleiflex camera, as well as playing with the wonderful light we've had so far this summer!
